As of Jan 1, 2010 you will no longer need your "MY SAM" password account except for Lil Kickers.  Our new EZ-Facility software will be much simpler to operate and have less restrictions.
 
REGISTRATION/SIGN-UP:
Team as well as Individual Registrations for leagues, camps, clinic and classes can be completed online with payment by VISA or MASTERCARD.  Online registrations must be paid in full in order to complete a registration.

HOW TO REGISTER:
Go to "SIGN-UP" and click on it.  Look for the league or program you wish to register for click on "Register Online".  Fill in the application with your complete information.  Next, complete the credit card section for payment processing. Read and accept the online Registration Agreement. Submit the registration. You can choose to print or email the invoice.
 
CLASSIFIED SECTION:
Are you searching for a team to play on? Does your team need another person to fill out your roster? Search our classified ads and see what's out there!  Or post an ad and wait for them to contact you.  Note: These are public posted ads. We are not responsible for their accuracy. Please notify us of any abuse. Thank you.
PARENTS, PLAYER AND COACHES will no longer have to call and have their name put on a waiting list, when they are looking for a team and/or players.  All individuals are placed on Crown Teams (in the recreational division) if space is available. Players wishing to find a non-Crown team (IE: an Intermediate or Premier division team) can go to the "classified section" of the website and post their information for coaches to view when they are looking for additional players.  Teams may also post ads if they have openings on their teams.
 
 
ID CARDS:
Crown ID cards will list the following information:  Participants Name, Date of Birth,  Current Age at the time ID card was issued, Picture and a Bar Code.  ID cards cannot be issued or purchased online.  Participants will need to come into the Sports Center in person to register.  When registering for your ID card, players under the age of 18yrs will need to have a parent/legal guardian present to complete the new online waiver.  Each participant will be required to show a copy of their birth certificate in order to receive their ID.  Crown will NOT keep the birth certificate. Online waivers and ID cards are valid for one year.  Only one ID is required no matter how may leagues or activities a player participates in at the Crown during that year.  The cost of the ID card is $10.  A replacement card will cost $5.00.  Your ID card may be used at several area businesses to receive a Crown Discount.  Players will be notified at the time of ID card purchase about these discounts.  Please do not call and ask about them now.  Thank you!  Participants will be required to present their ID card to the referee prior to EACH GAME. NO CHILD will be allowed to participate in any game and or activity unless they have their ID card present at that event.  NO exceptions.  If you or your child forgets their ID card a replacement card may be purchased.  NO CARD... NO PLAY

SCHEDULES:
To find a game time you will click on "schedules".  Select a date on the calendar and all scheduled activities for the day will appear.  Once you are in the calendar, you may choose to see a league schedule.   Locate the league that you or your child participates in and click that "league name"  (the entire seasons game schedule as well as the league standings will appear).  To see a schedule of just your teams games, just click on your team name (in the standings section) and a game schedule for that teams  will pop up at the bottom of the page.  AS IN THE PAST, ALL GAME DATES AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  ALWAYS CHECK THIS WEBSITE BEFORE LEAVING FOR YOUR YOUR GAME.  DO NOT PRINT THE SCHEDULE AND ASSUME IT IS CORRECT FOR THE SEASON.
 
SPECIAL NOTES: 
Players will no longer receive game reminders.  A Coach or Team Manager will now enter their teams rosters online.  Rosters will be frozen at the start of the teams second game.  At that time new players can no longer be added.
